This neighborhood was developed by Classic Homes in 2011 and quickly became popular due to its elevated location that offers stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Promontory Pointe is just a few minutes away from Interstate 25, allowing quick access to Downtown Monument, Colorado Springs, and the Denver area. It's a great location with an easy commute.
